Providence Medical Group is actively seeking a passionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to become an integral part of a collaborative practice model alongside skilled medical oncologists. This position entails the coordination of care for a diverse array of complex patients in the breathtaking region of Northern California. In this dynamic outpatient/inpatient role, you will play a vital part in a comprehensive oncology center that offers patients state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment options. • 2 years of oncology experience preferred
• Collaborative and supportive team
• Provide university quality care in a rural setting

• Tumor boards for 4 different diseased states
• Quality Bonus Potential for $10,000
• Close relationships with tertiary referral centers (Stanford, UCSF and UC Davis)

• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness
• (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $160,115 and $192,069 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
