Job Description Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for a 4-6 month temporary contract in the Torrey Pines area of San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Support daily HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management Assist with recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries in both English and Spanish Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with training logistics Help prepare HR reports, documentation, and audits as needed Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Position Details: Onsite work schedule Compensation: $27.00-$34.00 per hour DOE Located in Torrey Pines, San Diego 4-6 month contract role Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience with a dynamic team in a beautiful coastal location.
