Responsibilities Administrate various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Administer the compensation program; monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary. Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees. Develop and maintain affirmative action program; file EEO‑1 report annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and non‑exempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conduct new‑employee orientations; monitor career‑pathing program; write and place advertisements. Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Perform other assigned tasks as required. Qualifications Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance at the required level and maintain that clearance for continued employment. Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate specialization (HR Management or Business Management). 0–6 years of work experience in an HR government services role or equivalent work experience. Experience with employee relations, benefits and recruiting. Experience with CostPoint. Willingness to travel as required. Benefits Continuing education assistance. 401(K) with employer matching.
