Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and developing strategic partnerships within the community. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating marketing initiatives that generate measurable results.

Working alongside local leadership, you will lead business development efforts, support marketing campaigns, and represent zTrip throughout the community to help expand our customer base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Manager:Sales & Business Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase ridership and revenue
• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, healthcare providers, hotels, and community leaders
• Generate leads, manage opportunities, and track activity through CRM platforms
• Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and partnership consultations
• Follow up on prospective accounts and nurture long-term business relationships
• Develop strategic partnerships that support continued market growth

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Support social media initiatives and community-focused marketing efforts
• Coordinate grassroots marketing activities, promotions, and outreach programs
• Assist with customer communications, advertising efforts, and promotional campaigns
• Identify innovative marketing opportunities that strengthen zTrip's presence in the market
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize results

Community Engagement & Public Relations

• Serve as a professional representative and ambassador for zTrip throughout the Nashville community
• Attend networking events, trade shows, business functions, and community gatherings
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and local organizations
• Represent zTrip within Chambers of Commerce, professional associations, and community groups
• Increase awareness of zTrip services through active community involvement and outreach

Operational & Team Support

• Support recruiting events and driver engagement initiatives
• Assist with customer relationship management and retention efforts
• Partner with leadership on special projects and growth-focused initiatives
• Foster effective communication between community partners and internal departments
• Contribute ideas and strategies that support operational and business objectives

Qualifications of a Sales and Marketing Manager:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, account management, or community outreach
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
