Member Care Center Specialist II
Molina Healthcare
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Level II customer service specialist to support Molina members and providers across multiple states. You will resolve issues, provide product and service information, and identify opportunities to improve the member and provider experience.
You will document calls, work a flexible schedule, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive quality improvement initiatives related to engagement and retention.
