Automotive Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Estimator to join a fast-paced, high-performing repair centre. If you know your way around quotes, insurers, and repair methods, and want to be part of a supportive, results-driven team, this is for you. What You'll Be Doing Assess damaged vehicles (in-person & via images) and prepare accurate repair estimates Determine the most cost-effective and efficient repair methods Liaise with insurance assessors and manage approvals Ensure repair times and costs are realistic and commercially sound Order parts and manage job bookings once approved Review existing jobs for variations (labour & parts) Maintain accurate notes and records in the system What You'll Bring Previous estimating experience in automotive repair Strong knowledge of repair methods, parts, and labour costing Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset A customer-first approach with a focus on quality outcomes Why Join Us?
