EmpowerHome Team – Houston is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Listing Agent to join our fast-growing, high-performance team.
We are actively generating a strong flow of qualified seller leads and listing opportunities , and we need motivated agents who are ready to step in and list homes and close deals consistently .
This is a strong opportunity for a sales-driven real estate professional who wants more listings, better systems, and higher income potential in a structured team environment.

Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing process
- Conduct market analysis and pricing strategy recommendations
- Present compelling listing presentations that win clients
- Manage listings from consultation to closing
- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and workflows
- Host open houses and generate additional seller opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize property exposure
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in listing or sales preferred
- Ability to perform market analysis and pricing strategy
- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
- Coachable, driven, and results-focused mindset
