Contract Recruiting Coordinator

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Plano, TX seeking an RECRUITING COORDINATOR . This is a CONTRACT position with the potential to go permanent. It requires 100% in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Dallas, TX area will be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, sourcing support, and recruiting administration Coordinate high-volume phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple teams Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Manage interview logistics, including calendars, meeting links, onsite details, interview panels, schedule changes, and follow-up communication Maintain accurate employee information and status updates QUALIFICATIONS: Workday experience is strongly preferred. Must have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR administration, or fast-paced corporate support experience Must be able to manage multiple calendars with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Must possess strong communication skills and work well within a team. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
