Correctional Addiction & Recovery Counselor II

Cascadia Health in Portland, OR seeks an Addiction and Recovery Counselor II to deliver SUD services at The Columbia River Correctional Institution. You will assess, plan, and provide individual therapy within the Turning Point Program, applying CBT and Motivational Interviewing to support long-term recovery. This full-time role requires CADC I/II, SUD treatment experience, and strong de-escalation and trauma-informed care skills.
