As a Karting Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy a fun and safe karting adventure. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to every K1 Speed visitor. Manage races with precision, ensuring they run on time and safely. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the track at all times. Lift and carry equipment as needed. Stand for extended periods during operations. Enthusiastically educate guests on safety rules before they hit the track. Support guests by assisting with necessary safety gear. Oversee races to ensure maximum fun and safety for participants. Efficiently load, unload, and charge go-karts. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Provide valid proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Reliability in transportation is essential. Flexible availability; weekends are required! Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Strong communication skills, especially in front of large groups. Commitment to adhering to all company policies and procedures. A willingness and ability to operate go-karts daily.
