Remote Acquisitions Specialist – Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Brian Moscaritolo State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Acquisitions Specialist with a proven ability to generate new business and deliver results. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who understands the State Farm environment, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a performance-driven sales role. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently manage leads, conduct consultative sales conversations, and consistently convert opportunities into new business.

As a Remote Acquisitions Specialist, your primary responsibility is agency growth through new customer acquisition. You will work with inbound opportunities, referrals, and outbound prospecting efforts to identify customer needs, present personalized insurance solutions, and close business. This role is ideal for a competitive sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building pipelines, and being rewarded for production.

Responsibilities include generating new business through lead follow-up, referrals, internet leads, and outbound prospecting activities; conducting needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions; quoting, presenting, and closing auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, life, and other insurance products; maintaining a consistent sales pipeline and managing opportunities from quote to bind; building strong customer relationships that support referrals and long-term retention; tracking sales activity and production goals consistently; maintaining accurate documentation and complying with agency and regulatory standards; and collaborating with agency leadership and team members to support growth initiatives.

We are looking for someone with a strong sales mentality, confidence in asking for the business, proven ability to close and overcome objections professionally, experience working within State Farm systems and processes, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong organizational and follow-up habits, self-motivation, discipline, and results-orientation, and the ability to thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
