Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant Contract Management experience or equivalent experience including: * International Contracting experience * Cost Type Contract experience * Firm Fixed Price Contract experience * Prime Contract experience * Experience with complex contracts and proposal preparation and execution * Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. * Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers; * Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents- Microsoft Office * Make decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. * Develop/demonstrate research and presentation skills. * Ability to prioritize and multitask. * Excellent organizational and follow through skills. * Detail oriented. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * 6 years Cost Type / Cost-Plus Contract experience * 6 years Firm Fixed Price Contract experience * At least 6 years of Prime Contract experience * Certification as CFCM or CPCM highly desirable * Master's Degree/MBA Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
