Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical medication reviews and patient counseling
• Verify prescriptions and support therapy onboarding
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to optimize outcomes
• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience
• MTM or specialty pharmacy experience preferred

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
