Banquet Captain

What You'll Do

As Banquet Captain, you will lead banquet service operations and ensure every event is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Partner with the Banquet Manager to coordinate service arrangements, staffing requirements, and equipment needs for events.
• Supervise banquet staff throughout event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Communicate proactively with guests and meeting planners to address needs, requests, and last-minute changes.
• Coordinate closely with the Banquet Chef to ensure seamless timing between food preparation and service.
