Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sourcer to support high‑volume recruiting efforts within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This role focuses on proactively identifying and engaging top talent for a variety of frontline positions. Key Responsibilities Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across multiple high‑volume roles Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and overall fit for open opportunities Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner closely with recruiting team members and stakeholders to support hiring goals Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies Leverage recruiting tools and technology to drive efficiency and results Contribute to a collaborative and performance‑driven team environment Requirements Prior experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a high‑volume environment Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting Experience tracking performance metrics such as KPIs and SLAs Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable utilizing sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office setting Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
