Land Surveyor Opportunity in the SF/Bay Area: If you are a Land Surveyor who thrives on accuracy and variety, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Review legal and survey records to prepare final and parcel maps, legal descriptions, and Records of Survey. Execute boundary resolutions, analyze topographic surveys, and perform construction staking calculations. Complete FEMA elevation certificates, LOMA applications, and city/county setback and height verifications. Partner with Survey team members to create accurate base maps and drawings Manage data from the field, including digital data sets, field notes, and site photography. Work alongside teams to ensure all project standards, timelines, and budgets are successfully met. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of office survey-related experience. Proficient in boundary analysis, legal description preparation, and construction staking calculations. Strong hands‑on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (or relevant survey software).
