What You’ll Do:

• Analyze payroll client accounts to identify expansion opportunities for HR services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover client needs and tailor our HR solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and consultations to showcase our HR offerings.
• Build and nurture relationships within the local business community, including chambers of commerce and professional organizations like SHRM.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to elevate brand presence.
• Develop referral partnerships and establish yourself as a thought leader in small business HR.
• Drive new business by outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
• Present and demonstrate our HR platform, emphasizing value and ROI.
• Track activities and opportunities through CRM tools to provide actionable market insights.

Required Skills:

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in HR software, SaaS, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, platforms, and services.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals efficiently.
• Skilled in virtual and in-person networking and presentations.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of HR experience; HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience selling HR solutions, SaaS, or technology platforms.
• Established relationships within HR professional communities.
• Additional certifications or advanced degrees in HR or related fields.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 7+ years of HR experience.
• 5+ years of success in B2B sales, with a focus on HR solutions.
• HR certifications preferred (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP).

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within the West Coast, Colorado, or Arizona.
• Flexibility to travel intermittently to our local office and industry events.
