A Professional Engineering (PE) license is an asset, but not required5+ years of experience in relevant positionDeep understanding of the land entitlement process, including zoning, subdivision, due diligence, plan development, and infrastructure coordinationStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlinesStrong interpersonal communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skillsEnergetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with the ability to approach problems both logically and creativelyDetail focused with great organizational skillsAble to work collaboratively as a team and independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel as required to support project and business needsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
