Description:
Looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in acute rehabilitation.
The therapist will work with adults and geriatric patients.
Flexibility to float between units may be required.
Certification in required specialties is essential.
Experience with charting in electronic health record systems is necessary.
Patient-centered care and strong communication skills are a must.
Candidates must be adaptable and willing to work as part of a team.
Daily tasks will include assessments, treatment planning, and patient education.
The facility supports a variety of interdisciplinary services.
Applicants should have familiarity with adaptive devices and rehabilitation techniques.
Travelers may need to float between facilities within the region.
Willingness to work major holidays is expected.
