Customer Service Representative Vex Sales Full Time Greenville, TX, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1010 Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.00 Hourly Innovation First International is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our VEX Robotics division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests, and ensuring efficient account management. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and order status. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service. Data Entry: Input and update customer information into our CRM system. Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter them into the system. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints. Logistics: Coordinate and track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery. Resolve any shipping or delivery issues that may arise. Provide customers with accurate shipping information and updates. Input and create bills of lading and shipping labels. Work directly with our logistics and warehouse teams. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Attention to detail and accuracy. Positive and can-do attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
