Product Marketing Manager

Our client are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead regional marketing initiatives, strengthen market visibility, and support business growth. This leadership role is responsible for developing strategic marketing programs, managing brand communications, overseeing digital channels, and ensuring effective engagement with target audiences. The successful candidate will also supervise marketing operations related to an e-commerce platform and lead a small marketing team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing team members. Set performance objectives, conduct evaluations, and support employee growth. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development Design and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently. Events & Industry Presence Coordinate participation in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events. Develop booth concepts, promotional materials, and presentation support. Arrange logistics, including shipping, vendor coordination, and speaker opportunities. Content & Communications Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets. Develop content for newsletters, industry publications, email campaigns, and direct marketing initiatives. Create communication strategies to promote services, educational programs, and webinars. Digital Marketing Manage website content, updates, and user experience improvements. Lead social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors on digital projects and creative assets. E-Commerce & Operational Support Oversee online store operations, including inventory management and ordering processes. Maintain product information and ensure smooth day-to-day platform functionality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with leadership and operational teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities. Gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect current services and capabilities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas that enhance organizational performance. Candidate Profile Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of five years' experience in marketing, including at least two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
