Your Responsibilities

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Maintain communication with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey

* Ensure thorough and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your connections
