Strategic Value Advertising is seeking driven, personable, and ambitious individuals to join our Inside Sales team. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in advertising sales while working with some of the most recognized media platforms and premier sports brands in the country.

In this role, you will represent a diverse portfolio of digital and print advertising products, including national lifestyle, travel, and government publications distributed through USA TODAY . You will also sell official in-stadium publications across major professional sports leagues (MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL), featuring teams such as the Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with business owners and decision-makers across the country
• Build relationships and present advertising solutions tailored to client goals
• Close sales and manage accounts in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Leverage company-provided leads so you can focus on selling—not prospecting
• Continuously develop your skills through hands-on training and mentorship

No prior sales experience required —we provide a comprehensive training program and ongoing support from a management team invested in your success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Compensation: $60,000 annually (based on sales performance)
• Uncapped Commission: Unlimited earning potential beyond base
