Job Title: Operations Analyst / Process Analyst
Duration: 6 Months – Long Term
Location: Richmond, VA- 3 days Hybrid
Job Description:
Seeking an analytical professional with experience in process management, continuous improvement, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies, SQL, and advanced Excel skills to identify process gaps, drive operational efficiencies, analyze data, and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Extract, validate, and analyze data using SQL.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Monitor operational performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Process Management or Operations.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
- Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas, Reporting).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
