Salary $110,000 to $175,000 base salary plus OTE/Commission (50/50) Elwood Technologies provides institutional-grade digital asset trading infrastructure for the world's leading financial institutions. Our platform combines Execution Management, Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Connectivity into a single institutional workflow, allowing banks, asset managers, hedge funds, brokers and corporates to access digital asset markets through one secure platform. As regulated markets mature, institutions increasingly require enterprise-grade technology rather than fragmented point solutions. Elwood sits at the centre of that ecosystem. Job Description We're looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional who thrives on building pipeline, qualifying complex opportunities and closing strategic software deals. This is a true end-to-end commercial role. You'll identify and engage institutional prospects, understand their workflows and challenges, coordinate technical discovery with our Product team, manage commercial negotiations and close new business. Once contracts are signed, you'll work closely with Client Delivery and Onboarding to ensure a smooth transition before handing over the ongoing relationship. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving annual revenue targets with a new customer acquisition focus. The successful candidate will have a client centric approach; delivering services, solutions and strategies that represent value for our clients. This role requires a self directed professional who thrives in an independent environment and who has a proven track record of building and closing their own pipeline (0 to 1 sales).

- Build relationships with institutional market participants through outbound prospecting, inbound enquiries, referrals, partnerships and industry events.
- Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities within Elwood's target client segments.
- Understand client workflows, technology, buying processes and commercial objectives.
- Focus on opportunities where Elwood can create meaningful value. Solution • Lead the commercial sales process while partnering with the Product team for demonstrations and workflow discussions.
- As your product knowledge develops, you'll progressively take greater ownership of demonstrations while continuing to leverage specialist expertise for complex technical discussions.
- Own proposals, commercial discussions and negotiations through to signed agreement.
- Work alongside experienced commercial leadership on pricing strategy and technical validation. Transition • Deliver a structured handover to Client Delivery and Onboarding to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
- Run structured discovery meetings with institutional prospects.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical validation.
- Manage proposals, pricing discussions and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Client Delivery.
- Represent Elwood at industry events.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- At least 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in a sales or business development role; experience in front end trading systems/tradfi or crypto industry essential
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and lead generation
- Strong understanding of financial services and the crypto market
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation
- Strong industry/network and connections which could serve as a potential client base
- Accountable individual that is willing to take a wide range of responsibility across several different areas within the business
- Personable and has the skills to build rapport and establish personal relationships
- Ability to attend regular external events and travel domestically and internationally as required
