Insurance Defense Managing Partner

Overview We are a growing Insurance Defense Law Firm, looking for a Managing Partner to join our growing firm. As we continue our growth, we are looking to expand all of our practice areas, by adding a Managing Partner, with a book of business. You can work remotely or report to one of our offices. Base pay range $300,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee a large caseload of complex liability claims, managing cases from inception through resolution, whether by settlement or trial. Conduct thorough legal research, analyze case law, and develop effective defense strategies tailored to the specifics of each case. Draft and file all necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests. Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and trials, and conduct and defend depositions. Qualifications 10+ years of experience Insurance Defense experience Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
