Professional - Product ManagerJob#: 3053117Job Description:Professional - Product ManagerLocation: Addison, Texas (Hybrid)Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic Product Manager with a strong foundation in data and analytics, particularly within Marketing and Loyalty domains. This role involves leading one or more focus teams within Analytics Product, managing the iterative development of data reporting tools and datasets. The position requires a product leader who can define a vision, own the roadmap, manage stakeholders, and influence outcomes, operating at the intersection of product management, data, analytics, and marketing technology (MarTech).Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the vision for Marketing, Loyalty, and MarTech data transformation initiatives, including timelines and opportunities.Lead project and product management activities, including product definition, roadmap development, scope management, and budget oversight.Serve as a Data Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on requirements, business context, and data-related decisions.Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Loyalty, MarTech, and Marketing teams to identify business needs and required datasets.*Act as a versatile leader, comfortable with responsibilities spanning Product Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst roles.Develop roadmaps, manage budgets, drive timelines, and facilitate executive communications.Maintain regular communications with governance committees, leadership teams, and key stakeholders.Partner with CRM teams on Master Data Management initiatives, including the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP).Own outcomes, escalate issues proactively, and drive conversations to ensure project success.Required QualificationsFour (4) years of professional experience driving project timelines and delivery for engineering, analytics, or technical initiatives.Three (3) years of project and/or product management experience, including requirements gathering and roadmap development.Experience in the Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, or MarTech domains.Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, data products, data governance, and data platforms.Proven ability to define vision, build roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive business outcomes.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to leadership and steering committees.Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree. An MBA or Master's degree in a related field is a plus.Five (5) or more years of professional experience.Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), loyalty programs, and CRM ecosystems.Experience collaborating directly with data engineers, analytics developers, and cloud technology teams.Background in the hospitality or travel industry.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
