Job Description Job Description The Concrete Foreman will oversee a single crew, ensuring quality and efficiency in all concrete-related construction activities. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role emphasizes supervisory duties with occasional hands-on involvement. The position is primarily site-based with minimal travel expected. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the concrete crew * Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards * Interpret and implement construction blueprints and specifications * Communicate effectively with management and crew to resolve issues * Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance on site * Perform hands-on concrete work as needed to support the team * Report progress and challenges to the Construction Manager Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision Preferred Qualifications * Background in Construction Management * Strong team leadership skills * Proficient in blueprint reading * Experience with project scheduling * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Knowledge of quality control processes
