Assistant Manager

This position is at an independent franchisee‑owned restaurant, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer. Description Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Work with the General Manager to set and achieve restaurant goals. Lead Department Managers, set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching. Hire, develop, and manage Department and Shift Managers. Ensure the restaurant’s performance meets all critical customer standards. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a high‑volume quick‑service restaurant (preferred). Experience in hospitality or retail acceptable. Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle restaurant operations. Benefits Competitive pay. 2 weeks paid vacation.
