Transactional Attorney

Transactional Attorney | Columbia, SC

A well-established, growing law firm is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its Business & Finance practice. This role offers a rare opportunity to work closely on commercial real estate, banking, business law, and economic development matters , with a clear path to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent lenders, developers, and commercial clients in complex finance transactions
Assist with drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase agreements, and related transaction materials
Support project financing matters, including commercial and industrial development deals
Collaborate with a team on economic development initiatives and related transactional work

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a professional legal setting (clerkships and/or law firms preferred)
Excellent academic credentials and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with senior attorneys and clients
