Have employment law experience and want to find a firm where you can settle in, grow your practice and work with a multi-office team?
Our client has a small-firm-like culture but is a regional firm working across states and offices. This firm needs an experienced Employment Attorney to work within their full-service business law firm.
The ideal candidate has employment law experience (either defense or plaintiff) and desires to counsel, represent, and defend employers in both transactionally and in litigation.
This attorney must live in SC.

- Workplace Investigations
- Training & Preventive Practices
- Client Relationship Management
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the SC state bar (NC is a plus).
- Experience level: Associate 3–6 years employment law experience
- Exceptional writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaborate within a team environment
