Job Details Pay: $40–$45 per Hour / Per Diem / On call Job Type: Per‑Diem Expected Hours: Up to 30 hours per week Location: Hybrid (requires work authorization) Schedule: Flexible Job Responsibilities Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient. Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure consistent care. Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis. Evaluate and report on patients’ progress. Communicate with office staff. Complete all dictation within a timely manner. Spanish speaking a plus (not required).
