Join us as a Transaction Coordinator and play a key role in helping our real estate team deliver a seamless experience from contract to close. You’ll manage the administrative details of real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication every step of the way. What We Offer Flexible hybrid schedule (1 in‑office day per week) Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to grow to a full‑time position within a forward‑thinking real estate firm This position is part‑time (20 hours per week) with a flexible hybrid schedule—including one in‑office day per week for filing and coordination tasks. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoy supporting clients and agents through the closing process, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance Qualifications Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills High school or equivalent required; some college experience preferred Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing a real estate license Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred About the Company At Skyward Consulting Group, LLC, we help people rise—by transforming vision into strategy and goals into results.
