Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of rehabilitation care plans established by an interdisciplinary team
• Perform lab draws, administer IV antibiotics and IV medications, and conduct blood administration as needed
• Complete head-to-toe assessments and perform wound vac dressing changes
• Administer inhalers and breathing treatments; operate patient lifts, iSTAT, and glucometer equipment
• Monitor telemetry patients and document care using the Meditech EMR system
• Educate patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for patients
• Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification
• Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with telemetry patients and ability to pass an Airstrip telemetry competency assessment
