What You’ll Do:

• Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labelling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at the scheduled time

• Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials, and re-order supplies as needed

• Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays.

• Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and escalate issues when necessary

• Other administrative and clerical work and ad-hoc tasks as required

What We’re Looking for:

• At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent

• Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability

• Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues

• Fluent in English
