Ram Jack West is hiring a Foreman for our Seattle office to lead a pile driving crew. This role oversees day-to-day job site operations on residential pile driving projects (helical and driven piles). In addition to hands-on field work, the foreman directs crew members, coordinates logistics and equipment, and communicates directly with clients and Ram Jack West leadership. Job sites are based out of Seattle but may extend across Washington and Oregon, with occasional overnight travel required.
Requirements:
- Prior foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
- Deep foundation experience: helical pile installation, steel pile driving, micro-pile/rock anchor installation
- Excavator and heavy equipment operation (skid steer, reach forklift, drilling equipment)
- Valid Driver's License, clean record; CDL a plus
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Unrestricted lifting ability, able to perform physical labor
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Mechanically inclined
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
