Impactful Mental Health Case Manager

MRC Industries

MRC Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated mental health professional to provide services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses in the Kalamazoo area. You will perform intake, assessments, crisis intervention, and service planning to support clients in the least restrictive setting.

The role emphasizes advocacy, coordination of care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on recovery-based, person-centered planning and trauma-informed care.
