CDL A Truck Driver Entry level - Paid Training

Whether you've been driving for twenty years or you just earned your CDL last month, this seat was built with you in mind. We're not going to bury the real numbers in fine print here's what we actually offer, straight up.
WHAT YOU EARN
- CPM starts at $0.55 and goes up to $0.65 based on what you can verify
- Most drivers gross between $1,300 and $1,500 weekly
- Top earners are pulling $1,800 a week
- Orientation is one day $300 added to your first paycheck
- We cover your travel and hotel to get to orientation
- Rider and pet policy starts on day one, no waiting
THE WORK ITSELF
- Dry Van freight only you never touch or unload the product
- Seven out of ten loads are drop and hook back in, drop, hook, gone
- Remaining loads are live but managed
- Weekly mileage runs between 1,700 and 2,300 miles
- Lanes stay primarily east of I-35 consistent and plannable
- We do not send drivers into New York City or the surrounding boroughs
YOUR EQUIPMENT
- Freightliners and Kenworths, model year 2022 and newer
- All automatic transmission no manual shifting
- Your truck is your truck no slip seating, ever
- Take it home with you between runs

FOR RECENT CDL GRADUATES
- Four to six weeks of hands-on road training with a veteran driver
- You run real lanes, haul real freight, and earn real pay the whole time
- School must be accredited with at least 120 verified hours
- We need a steady work history if there are gaps, just be upfront with us
- Once you go solo, you start at $0.55 CPM
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Class A CDL in good standing
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experienced drivers need at least 6 months in a tractor-trailer
- Recent grads need 120-plus hours from an accredited CDL program
- Full DOT and FMCSA compliance
- Clean pre-employment drug screen
- A safety record you're proud of
