Key Responsibilities Grow and build business with regular community engagement activities Provide luxury skincare treatments, including lash extensions, waxing, and facials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, respecting high-end equipment and facilities. Utilize advanced techniques such as chemical peels, microblading, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion. Offer in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations to clients. Skills and Qualifications Licensed Aesthetician with relevant certifications, including laser, chemical peels, microderm abrasion, microneedling, and dermaplaning Expertise in facial anatomy and skin. History of strong sales performance. Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing education in the field.
