Finance Manager

Position Summary The Manager, Finance provides support and manages resources across different regions, including financial reporting, income management, debt management, accounts payable invoice submission, client billing, and oversight of Accounting Assistants, Financial Analysts, and other financial staff. Responsibilities Develop financial strategies by analyzing revenue, expenses, investments, and risks. Perform analytical reviews of financial information to identify trends and opportunities. Recommend improvements to drive cost efficiencies while balancing operational needs. Work with Operations to develop budgets and forecasts for financial performance. Create forecasts using historical data. Report actual results and analysis versus plan. Assist Operations with cost budgets, quarterly forecasts, and other financial planning activities. Prepare reports to explain financial recommendations to senior management. Play a significant role in accurate and timely preparation of internal financial reporting and analysis, including trends, costs, revenues, and obligations. Publish periodic financial reports, such as accounts payable, freight, and consumable metrics, to provide visibility to department owners and leadership. Set financial goals and create a roadmap to achieve them. Participate in special projects such as process improvement and financial tool development. Manage financial process improvements, key performance indicators, and tracking of strategic initiatives. Support internal and external financial and system audits. Manage and develop assigned resources effectively. Plan, organize, and manage own workload to ensure timely and accurate contribution to monthly reporting. Ensure swift payment of invoices and manage the accounts payable process. Prepare month‑end journal entries focusing on cost accruals. Complete the monthly Client Profitability Model. Attend meetings as required; document and distribute minutes. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Create and disseminate communications and reports. Assist in the design and development of presentations. Communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and others on behalf of site management. Identify opportunities for operations to optimize assets and investments. Produce cost quotes, strategic business cases, risk assessments, and ad‑hoc analysis to support the business. Schedule meetings with vendors to maintain competitive pricing. Location & Division USA – Edwardsville, 3049 Westway Drive (WE). Division: Solutions. Compensation Annual base salary range: $115,000.00 – $125,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined by relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
