Hiring for a Professional Security Flex Officer Full Time/Part Time Location covers: Edwardsville, Pontoon Beach, Granite City, and Sauget areas. Rate: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Open Interviews Every Thursday: 10:00am to 11:00am Proper interview attire required to be interviewed. DRESS TO IMPRESS!!! Available shifts for Security Officers will generally include 2nd shift and/or 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays. Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are currently not available.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record, required. (All our positions will include driver certification).
• Have reliable transportation (Many locations public transportation is NOT available).
• Have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
• Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
• Average to above average computer skills needed.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Be comfortable completing various duties.
