Position: Associate Dentist We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. What We Offer Guaranteed base compensation of $800 per day with unlimited earning potential. Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000, depending on experience. Visa and Green Card sponsorship available. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice includes: DentaPro software. Digital x-ray and Panorex units. Fiber-optic handpieces. Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location). Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure. Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA. Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
