Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine Manhattan Square in Hampton, Virginia. Position Highlights:

  Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

\n
• \n

  Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours

\n
• \n

  Average of 18 20 patients per day

\n
• \n

  Join a collaborative team with 3 physicians, 3 APPs, and 25 support staff

\n
• \n

  Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity, and newborns, if desired

\n
• \n

  No call expectation

\n

Minimum Requirements:

\n

  Active NP or PA

\n
• \n

  Minimum master s degree required

\n
• \n

  Prior experience in primary care as a licensed provider preferred, but will consider an
  \n exceptional new grad
