Bilingual HR ASSISTANT

Job Description

A bilingual ( SPANISH/ENGLISH) recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who can communicate in multiple languages.

This role is essential for companies looking to attract diverse talent and serve multilingual clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, including online job boards and social media.
Identify and reach out to highly skilled candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit.
Manage candidate communication in both languages and keep in touch with hiring managers.
Ensure a seamless and inclusive recruitment process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in at least two languages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
