Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,974-$2,065 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 Days Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ mobility, balance, strength, gait, and functional limitations Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans to restore or improve physical function, reduce pain, and prevent disability Provide direct therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance retraining, and use of appropriate modalities Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans to achieve therapy goals; participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and discharge planning Educate residents, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies to promote independence Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides in accordance with licensure requirements; document sessions accurately and timely; ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards; support quality improvement initiatives Requirements Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Missouri) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience in SNF or geriatric rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Housing assistance Extension opportunities Fast credentialing Nationwide assignments Referral bonus up to $1,000 Dedicated support throughout the assignment Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
