As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Screening, evaluating, and developing appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards
• Utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
• Administering various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and more
• Assessing patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
• Providing consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and health team members
• Documenting all required information in the electronic documentation system
• Participating in required meetings and training sessions
• Supervising and supporting physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students
• Adhering to APTA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• LTC or Rehab experience required
• MO State License required
• New grads welcome with Level II experience
