Non-Profit Administrator

Job Title: Non-Profit Administrator Location: Las Vegas Job Type: Full-Time Organization: BE A SHERO About the Organization BE A SHERO is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to serving our community through impactful programs and partnerships. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Non-Profit Administrator to support daily operations, coordinate programs, and help ensure our organization runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about supporting nonprofit work. Position Summary The Non-Profit Administrator plays a key role in supporting administrative operations, program coordination, and organizational communication. This individual will assist leadership with reporting, compliance, volunteer coordination, and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to leadership and program teams Assist with planning, coordination, and documentation of programs and events Maintain records, databases, and program documentation Support grant tracking, reporting, and donor record management Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, send calendar invites, and document meeting notes Assist with volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and communication Help manage office operations, supplies, and organizational logistics Prepare reports and summaries on program activities and outcomes Support communication with community partners, donors, and stakeholders Ensure organizational documents and processes comply with nonprofit policies and regulations Qualifications 1–3 years of administrative or nonprofit experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience with nonprofit software GiveSmart is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with grant administration or donor management Familiarity with nonprofit compliance and reporting requirements Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to support meaningful community initiatives Collaborative and mission-focused work environment Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr TPC HR/SHERO
