Mammographer - Full-TimeLocation: Greensboro, NC Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-hour day shiftsSummary:We are seeking three full-time Mammographers to join our team. Candidates with experience in both screening and diagnostic mammography are preferred, but we are willing to train qualified candidates who are not yet experienced in both areas. Recent Mammography graduates are welcome to apply!Responsibilities:Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations safely and accuratelyProvide excellent patient care and customer serviceFollow AIDET principles and service excellence standardsMaintain compliance with OSHA and HIPAA requirementsProperly use required PPE and radiation dosimeter badgeDocument patient information and examinations accurately in EMR/PACS systemsAssist with lifting and positioning patients as neededMaintain a professional representation of DRI and uphold its Mission, Vision, and ValuesPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk throughout the workdayFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pullingAbility to stoop and assist with lifting or moving patientsAbility to perform duties without physical restrictionsQualifications:Active ARRT (M) certification in Mammography requiredBLS/CPR certification requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of experience preferredRecent Mammography graduates will be consideredWillingness to learn and perform both screening and diagnostic mammography examsKnowledge of OSHA and HIPAA guidelinesStrong verbal, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced patient environmentIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and emailAbility to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and PACS systemsExperience operating medical equipment and testing/measurement devices preferred
