POSITION SUMMARY

Greensboro Radiology is seeking Breast Imagers to join an established practice in central North Carolina.


Highlights Include:

  • No Call, No Evenings, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays
  • 10 Weeks of PTO
• Heavy concentration in dedicated breast imaging including ultrasound, stereo and MRI guided breast biopsies
• Proficient and Comfortable with the following:
  • 3-D Mammography
  • Diagnostic breast MRI and Ultrasound
  • Ultrasound, MRI and Stereo Guided Biopsies and Aspirations
• A collaborative environment with the local surgeons, pathologists and oncologists
• 6 months to 1 year partnership track depending on experience
• Monday-Friday breast imaging, with optional general radiology coverage if desired
• Moonlighting opportunities available

HOSPITAL OVERVIEW

The breast imaging team supports a well-established network of facilities in the Greensboro region, including Alamance Regional Medical Center, Annie Penn Hospital, and Breast Center of Greensboro Imaging. These sites provide comprehensive breast imaging services in both hospital-based and dedicated outpatient settings.

Together, they offer a collaborative environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care, supported by advanced imaging technology and strong referral relationships throughout the community.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Residency trained, ACGME Accredited Diagnostic Radiology Program
• ABR or AOBR Board-certified / board-eligible
• Completed a one-year post-residency fellowship training in Breast Imaging
• MQSA Certified
• Licensed or ability to obtain license in North Carolina

COMPENSATION

The range for this position is $600k-$850k. Final compensation determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to base compensation, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
