Check out the details below: Title: Mammography Technologist Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Outpatient Radiology Location: Greensboro, NC Schedule: Full-time days Mon-Fri, no weekends, no nights Pay: $34-$51 per hour based on experience, plus a full benefits package! The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for: Perform mammography exams using proper protocols and positioning techniques, transporting patients safely, verifying accuracy of orders and documenting patient information Document the patient’s exam through data entry, report retrieval, scanning and recording the exam details in the electronic medical record system Conduct environmental and safety procedures including cleaning and maintaining the exam room and equipment; evaluate and maintain supply levels and practice safe patient maneuvers Obtain high-quality mammographic images while ensuring patient comfort, safety and privacy throughout the examination REQUIREMENTS Associate’s Degree or Graduate of Radiology, Imaging or related educational program in Radiologic Technology Must be ARRT (R) registered and ARRT (M) certified (or willing to obtain mammography certification within 90 days) Minimum 1 year of experience performing mammography exams Strong knowledge of mammography positioning, imaging protocols and patient care practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
